The 4 things I want to do away with before the end of 2020.
1. Sleeping A Lot
To live a healthy life, you need a required number of hours for rest. In all sincerity, sleep is good but excessive sleep affects creativity thereby making you slow and lazy. sleeping is one of the 4 things I will gladly do away with. This is where procrastination comes in. The right amount enhances creativity. However, When you have a passion for what you do, you will be able to overcome too much sleep.
2. Excessive Social Media Time
The truth is, the internet is a massive network that connects people globally. Sometimes, I like to think that I have a structured system for being online. I schedule my plans out my content for the upper week mainly weekends. It’s better I stopped surfing the internet like I lost something.
3. Attention Seeking
In this life as a girl child indirectly, you are given more attention because of your gender. From that, some of us unconsciously get used to getting so much attention from other parties. I am guilty of this because I know I love so much attention from friends, family and of course my boyfriend. This year, I have decided to handle any situation myself, unlike when I’m going through difficulties I will want everyone around me to partake. It’s a no-no as I have decided to handle such situations myself or consult intelligent individuals if need be. Pity party never helps anyone do as unnecessary attention.
4. Worrying A Lot
if you are following most of the articles. I wrote an article about being an overthinker. It is true and I can’t really handle it. Still really impressed as to how I will do away with such a habit. I like to believe that you can’t lie to me because I’ll definitely find out. I am one of the people that feel like getting surprised won’t happen in my lifetime. Because I overthink. I am much better as I have decided to let things go. I refuse to stress myself thinking of unnecessary things. It can be so tiring!
